1. Official documentation of graduating from U.S Military Instructor Training
2. INIT USAF Form 8s (or equivalent from other branches) from all aircraft as Instructor
3. Knowledge Test Certificate
5. For The Appointment
1. Military ID
2. IACRA Login & Password
3. $80 fee first application (reduced to $60 if you used us for your commercial certs!)
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT YOUR ADDRESS: Although you will have your official temporary certificate at the end of our video conference, it may take up to 4 months to get your permanent certificate in the mail. If you will move in the next 4 months, you will need to use a more permanent address for your application.
Check and make sure there are no flight hours in the application. Sometimes hours are brought forward from other applications. This section needs to be blank:
